While thousands met on the Capitol steps in D.C. to go see their representatives and try to stop the takeover of another 18% of our economy through Healthcare, Sen.Barbara Boxer was up to her old tricks of trying to push unwanted legislation through. With all seven Republican seats empty,11 Democrats voted to approve the Boxer/Kerry Cap and Trade Bill using their majority to get the legislation that would require US industry to reduce emissions of Carbon Dioxide and ‘other greenhouse’ gases 20% by 2020,from 2005 levels. This bill clears it’s first hurdle in the senate ,allowing Obama to tout progress in the run up to next months global warming talks. “I think this is a great signal for Copenhagen that there’s a will to do what it takes to advance this issue” says Boxer.
Hopefully Democrats will fall short of their goal of passing legislation in the full senate as her bill lacks enough support for full approval. Sen.John Kerry is working with some Republicans and the White House to draft a compromise.
Sen.Baucus says he’s committed to a bill to tackle global warming but this bills goals are too high. He seeks a 17% reduction with a ‘trigger’ to hike it to 20% IF other countries ‘play by the same rules’. A climate bill narrowly passed the House in June with a target of 17%.
Senators from the Midwestern and Southern states that rely heavily on coal seek other changes. Widespread expection in the senate is that for any climate control bill to pass ,it would have to contain government incentives for expanding US nuclear power generating capacity ,off shore drilling and money to help develope clean ways to burn coal .
Senator James Inhofe says it’s time for a different approach, one that ‘grows ,rather than shrinks our economy,creates ,rather than destroys jobs and strengthens ,rather than weakens our energy security’.
There were alot of amendments members wanted to debate and vote on but committee rules states at least two Republicans have to be present to debate and vote on changing the bill, Republicans were boycotting.
Hopefully those seniors that are still with AARP know that today AARP endorsed Obamacare that cuts their medicare benefits. It’s like any other union, you pay your dues and the head people use it to lobby congress to get what ‘they’ want.Stille nacht, heilige Nacht, Alles schlaft,einsam wacht.

It is said that 2009 HINI is a ‘designer flu’,cooked up in a lab.It contains elements of swine, avian and human flus. Was it suppose to be the next crisis? The ‘green’ movement, even those in this administration, believe in population control–hence a no health -healthcare bill of about 2000 pages when we needed three paragraphs.
Obama declared a national emergency Oct 23 ,the UN sent out an en masse invitation to a virtual press briefing on ‘pandemic’ HINI 2009 vaccines and hospital tents appered nationwide. The Presidents Council of Advisors on Science and Technology repeated a plausable 30,000 to 90,000 deaths ,peaking in mid Oct. The average annual flu season deaths in the US is 36,000.
In Australia, New Zealand flu season has ended and most were swine flu yet without a vaccine,fewer deaths were recorded than usual.Only 37% of samples sent to the Laboratory Surveillance System tested positive.Panic is what thi pandemic [and the tents] were all about. The CDC no longer releases specific swine flu case or death numbers.
Meanwhile as a sign of things to come ,in Aug the administration promised 80-120 million HINI swine flu doses by Oct. Only 16.5 doses arrived. The new prediction is 150 million doses in Dec.

Some people may have seen the man snap a picture of Michele Obama with his cellular telephone as she was serving food at Miriams Kithcen in March. Now scores of welfare recipients will have their own Obama phone provided by Safe Link Wireless. They qualify if ;they are already participating in state /federal assistance programs-fed public housing, food stamps or Medicaid. If the household budget is at or below 135% of the poverty guidelines of state/fed govs. no one in the family household currently receives Lifeline Services through another phone carrier and they have a valid US Postal Address.–your stimulus at work!
While our troops are dying and Obama drags his feet about sending in reenforcements, a soldier is convicted of murdering an AlQueda terrorist in Iraq. In March ‘09 , Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna ,Company D 1st Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment ,based in Ft.Campbell,Ky . was sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing Ali Mansur ,a known AlQueda terrorist suspected of planning and executing an attack on Lit. Bohennas platoon in Apr.2008 and killing 2 soldiers ,injuring two others.
For unknown reasons, the US Army Intel. ordered the terrorist release and ordered Lit.Behenna to give him a ride home. The terrorist lunged at him with arms extended forward in a classic attack position as the Lt. turned to look at the interpreter. Lieutenant Behenna fired twice in self defense,hitting Ali in the chest and head.
According to prosecutors [who wasn't there] Behenna executed the terrorist while he was in a ‘non threatening position’. The specialized forensic evidence does not support the prosecutions case. The exculpatory evidence that could have exonerated the Lt. of murder was not made available to the defense in accordance with rules of criminal procedure.
Obama has lifted the 22 yr old ban old ban on entry to US by HIV positive people to fulfill a promise to gay advocates.Foreigners applying to become residents will no longer have to be tested for AIDS!

Apparently the same day Michelle Bachmann is asking citizens to meet her on the Capitol steps at noon [Nov 5] The “Vets for Freedom” will be holding a rally at the Capitol. Should be interesting.

Attention! Senator Michelle Bachmann is asking/begging every American that possibly can to go to Washington D.C Thursday and meet her on the Capitol steps at noon to go visit Madam Speaker Pelosi who is determined to push the Heathcare Bill through, when ask to cite any constitutional authority that justifies the proposed healthcare bill Pelosi was unable to===because there is none!
The bill will cost taxpayers $894 billion on top of the $787 billion stimulus.
You will not be allowed to keep your insurance.
Illegals are covered!
Abortions are covered!
Everything will be taxed ,including pacemakers,etc.
Government now controls 30% of the private sector with the take over of banks, financial institutions and auto industry and healthcare will give it another 18%! Capitolism will be dead!

Since the Democrats have taken power and are pushing Obama’s Marxist Bills the public does not want, most state legislatures have introduced and/or passed tenth amentment resolutions reclaiming their states sovereignty and states rights. Now states are beginning to assert those rights on behalf on the citizens and securing the second amendment rights.
Tenn. State Rept. Susan Lynn is calling on all 50 state legislatures to act upon our constitutional rights and to reject every law coming out of Washington,DC which they find to be unconstitutional. Get behind our state representatives and tell them to stand up to tyranny!
Vital to the enduring sucess of any elected Communist government is the certainly opposition will never gain power again.
The Obama administration is pushing for network neutrality, an attempt by the feds. to push out private investment and gain complete control of the last unregulated source of info. The internet Freedom Coalition is leading the fight against the threat.
The IOC–International Olympic Committee can now participate in the UN General assembly meetins. UN Sec.Gen. Ban Ki moon has called on them to promote the ‘global climate treaty’ at the Copenhagan Climate Conference.
Everyone is expecting Obama to sign the treaty. Why not, it’s un American.It would hand ovder our sovereignty to the UN! We would have a world wide tax controlled by the international treaty.
Signed treatys cannot be overturned without a majority vote by the voting MEMBERS OF THE TREATY. Since America is the largest contributor it is unlikely other countries would let the US back out—even under a new president! Please call, fax and email your representatives and tell them to say NO on this treaty if Obama signs it.
The tax cheat Treasury Sec.Tim Geithner says he will be more aggressive in collecting back taxes ans prosecuting citizens accused of tax evasion [wonder if that includes congress--it would empty the house].
The Dept claims that billions of dollars in income tax assessments were not paid. The taxes keep accumulating each year with penalities and interest charges. These approached 300 billion in 2007.
Geithner says a total of 332 million will be devoted to a new Internal Revenue Service including 128.1 million to add nearly 800 new employees.Another 130million would bolster the security of IRS info technology ,improve efficiency and upgrade its fraud detection capabilities.
Senator InHolf is fighting the Boxer/Kerry global warming bill.He said he had a lineup of witnesses that say the bill threatens jobs and affordable ,reliable enerfgy particularly in rural areas in America. The American Farm Bureau, the Ohio Coal Association and American Trucking Association say it will be devastating . More companies need to stand up and fight back.,especially the ones such as auto companies that have been put out of business by the Obama policies.
ACORN’S funding was suppose to be suspended BUT congress was unable to pass the annual appropiations bill by Oct.1 ,the continuning Resolution signed by Obama holds government spending at current levels until congress can pass 12 appropiations bills.Once the bills are passed ACORN could once again be eligible for billions. Each appropiations bill funds different government agencies and programs. To keep ACORN from receiving money, every one of the 12 bills must specifically deny funding for ACORN in order for the funding to cease.
The Senate overwhelmingly approved the Dept of Homeland Security Appropriations Act of 2010 AFTER it had been stripped of the provision to build an additional 700 miles of re inforced fencing along the Southern border. Sen.Jim DeMint criticized the bill saying ‘ We’re learning theres almost nothing politicians won’t do to get out of promises they made in the daylight’. see GovernmentExecutive.com –Sen.Robt.Byrd argued the wall was too proscriptive and too costly and that the bill included funds to build a virtual fence and hire more Border Patrol Officers.
The Senate voted 68/29 last week to expand the existing federal anti crimes measure to include acts committed due to the victums gender and sexual identity. The Family Research Council president Tony Perkins said the bill is ‘part of a radical social agenda that could ultimately silence Christians and use the force of government to marginalize anyone whose faith is at odds with homosexuality.
Considering that the elected officials are our employees and that we pay their salaries and the appointed czars are unelected and even tho we do not want them, we have to pay their salaries, We should march to the White House and fire the unwanted, unelected employees. This should save the government [and citizens] alot of money.

Your stimulus money is still working! The government gave $250,000 to the National Resource Center for Lesbian ,Bisexual and Transgender Elders.
Obama hasn’t decided yet to increase troop levels the generals ask for.Give the man a chance, he’s been busy vacationing, having date nights, partying, golfing ,flying to Denmark and going to fundraisers. He did find time to ‘welcome ‘home the bodies of vets from Afghanistan last night. AND he has decided to pay the Taliban to ’switch sides’ in other words give them American money to buy weapons to kill more Americans. He has 1178 days left in office!

It has become a known fact that the Obama administration is full of Communist/Marxist/ Fascist/Anti-Capitolist and several are Mao admirers or Communist synpathizers. We’d do well to remember the terror ,imprisonments and death camps of other regimes.,essential ingredients to a Communist system. The 100 million that died from the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution to the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. The holocaust of Germany, the gangs, bombings and guerrillas in Latin America,Cuba,Venezuela and the war raging on our open Mexican border with the Drug Lords that have been beheading people.Maybe Americans need to be reminded what Communism really is.
There is a very real danger of tyranny coming to America. The key elements are in or taking place, the seizing of companies, setting salaries, taking control of the unions, .they have the banks,financial institutions,schools, and are trying to seize the [rest of ]the media.There are ongoing attacks and intimidation in the private sector of anyone that disagrees with ‘the powers that be’. The government controlled healthcare,if it passes, will be another 16% of the economy. They are trying to bankrupt the coal industry with Cap and Trade and have banned drilling here even though we have more oil than Saudi Arabia.
The push for ‘network neutrality’ backed by Senators Snowe and Rockefeller and the internet czar Susan Crawford is an attempt by the federal government to push out private investment and gain complete control of the last unregulated source of info. Maybe we should remind our elected officials what Sadam Hussein did to those in power once he had his shadow government in place.
We could lose our sovereignty to the U.N. in December at the Climate Summit in Denmark.It would be easier to fight to keep our sovereignty before we lose it than to fight to get it back once it is gone! Before we hand our country over to Communist on a silver platter remember we lost 50,000 American troops in Viet Nam alone, not counting all of the other battles we have fought, fighting Communism for other countries!

One week later Janet Reno’s gestapo,dressed in body armour and heavily armed, kicked in the door of Lazaro Gonzalezs home in Miami and using tear gas and gun butts ‘rescued’ the frightened 6 yr old from his relatives.,leaving 120 people injured in their wake.

On a brighter side,members of congress are tripping over box loads of pink slips that have finally been delivered after being delayed by the Capitol mailroom authorities due to the sheer volumn.The “pink slips” letting members know that citizens do not want government controlled healthcare, Cap and Trade, Hate Crimes Bills and WE THEE PEOPLE want the spending to stop. The ‘pinkslips’ to date have reached over 4 million and more are arriving.

When I was growing up my grandmother used to tell us “know your Bible, someday they may take them away’. I thought, never, not in America .It didn’t make sense then.
The Bible says in Gen;12:3 “And I will bless them that bless thee and curse them that curesth thee” President Geo.Washington in 1790 wrote letters to the Jewish communities in America.In one he stated ” May the same-working Deity who long since delivered the Hebrews from their Egyptian oppressors ,planted them in the promise land ,whose providential agency has lately been conspicious in the establishment of these United States as an independent nation ,still continue to water them with the dews of Heaven…”thus setting the stage for America to be a blessing to them.
In 1948 President Harry Truman was a major player in the rebirth of Israel. He lead the effort to name the nation Israel instead of Zion ,after the UN gave it a charter in the Holy Land. The blessings America has received is the direct result of obeying God’s Word. America has been Israels ally ever since. We have stood by the Jewish people when the entire world has been against them until 1991 when President Geo.H.W.Bush began to interfer in God’s prophetic plan for Israel by pressuring them to divide the land and create a Palestinian state.

In March 1997 when Yasser Arafat came to the US to meet with President Clinton to discuss the division of Jersalem, tornadoes swept through Texas, Arakansas, Tenn. Ky and Ohio.
On August 27,2005 as Israel was removing the last of the Jewish settlers from Gaza under pressure from President Geo.Bush, people were standing on their roofs begging to be allowed to stay. In America, people were on their roofs in New Orleans being rescued from Hurricane Katrina.
On Jan.9, 2008 President Geo W Bush went to Israel to help implement his two state plan, a path a tornadoes tore through Alabama to Wisconsin. The stock market plunged . The president had to create a 165 billion stimulus plan.
In June of ‘08, Condoleezza Rice met with Israeli PM Ehud Olmert in Washington,DC to talk of division of Israel. The DOW fell nearly 400 on an oil surge, unemployment jumped to the highest in 22 yrs., tornadoes raced across the plains . On Sept 30-Passover- the stock market fell 777 points, on Oct 9–Yom Kippur-the market fell 679 points, on Oct 15- the feast of Tabernacles, the market fell 737 points!
Americas two state policy clearly is in direct violation of God’s Word! Yet Obama is pushing it too, further more ,unlike other presidents ,he is not on good terms with their leaders.He even has an advisor that advises that if any Israeli plane flies over Iraq that Americans should shoot it down! Iran has threatened to ‘wipe Israel off of the map’ and Obama is not doing much to force Iran to give up its plans to build a bomb.
Israel has enemies on three sides and the Red Sea at it’s back. There is another war prophesied in Obadiah 1;15-20 where Israel is suppose to get back Gaza and the West Bank and push on into Lebanon and Jordan and that little nation with the help of God is suppose to conquer them. All of the area from the Dead Sea to the Sea of Galilee is suppose to become theirs. Entire nations will disappear.
Iran with it’s allies are committed to destroying Israel and the Jews just as Hitlers Germany tried. Will America stand with Israel? Obama has promised the Muslims he’d stand with them. Where do you stand?

Isn’t it a little strange that we insist on a variety of things; food, clothes, household supplies even cars before we make a choice but say ‘I want the government to select my health care?” These trillion dollar projects of Obama’s are doing exactly what they are suppose to do, crippling our economy!
The liberal Brookings Institute published a paper in Jan. calling on Obama to negatiate a Cap and Trade agreement with other countries and bypass the US Constitutional requirement that treaties need a two thirds vote in senate to ratify.
Al Gore said at a conference in Britain “Cap and Trade’ legislation will bring about global goverence’ The bill is designed to curb ‘man caused’ carbon emmisions—guess they want us to quit breathing, maybe thats where the healthcare comes in.
The Heritage Foundation says Cap and Trade will cause an estimated job lose of 1.15 million jobs from 2012 to 2030, loss of gross domestic product almost 10 trillion by 2035. The national debt from this bill alone minus the bailouts, healthcare, stimulus, etc. would increase by 26% or $115,000 per household of four .The Brookings Institute estimates the bill would cost 1.8 % of GDP in 2035 and 2.5 by 2050 AND reduce income by hundres of billions a year.
This bill contains hidden provisions;it establishes unemployment benefits for up to 3 full years for workers displaced as a result of the ‘jobs creation bill’ as well as healthcare insurance premiums subsidies and $1500 for job search and relocation. No word how that wil be paid!
The American Issues Project section 204 of the bill titled Building Energy Performances Labeling Program gives the federal government unprecedented authority over your home. It mandates that new homes be 30% more energy efficient—on the very day the bill is signed. The requirement increases to 50% by 2014 and continues to increase. If you want to renovate in a way that requires a building permit, sell the property or even change the name of the person responsible for paying the utilities .They can [will] inspect. They will set aside a fund to help owners retrofit their properties according to a bureacrats formula but read the fine print, owners are required to pay at least half for retrofitting.
Obama’s budget says it will raise 650 billion dollars in revenues selling carbon permits and only 150 billion of it will go to alternate energy production. The rest will be REDISTRIBUTED to ‘those who don’t pay income tax’.

For the record, about 31,500 scientist have signed a petition that reads in part “There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide ,methane or other greenhouse gases is causing or will ,in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earths atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s Climate”

The latest figures from the US Treasury Dept for the fiscal year that ended Sept 30 shows the federal budget deficit was 1.42 trillion. The CEO forecats that the deficit will total 7.1 trillion within 10 years and 15% of federal spending will go toward paying interest on the federal debt–up from 5%. The government forecasts also show the US national debt will nearly double in 10years to 20.1 trillion so why more talk of another stimulus? $250 checks for seniors? Why borrow money we can do without? The $100,000,000,000 for Obamacare and Cap and Trade will be extra burdens on the citizens. Even a first grader could do better math than our representatives in Washington. They would understand that if they had 20 apples and 30 students that everyone could not have an apple unless they cut the apples into.
Along with Obama’s healthcare comes database medical records. A New York Times article recently revealed an increasing number of outside vendors that manage electronic healthcare records also have access to other data and are reselling the info as a commodity.It is ‘crossbred ‘ with other available databases such as voting records,etc.

If we are in such danger of destroying the Earth, why would the UN exempt China,India and underdeveloped nations from having to reduce ‘greenhouse gas emissions?” Primarily carbon dioxide? The EPA has been trying for years to get control of carbon dioxide.Carbon dioxide is vital to ALL plant life and ALL human life on the planet. The more carbon dioxide we have the better crop yield and forest growth.
They are lying to us to “redistribute” the wealth from the US to other countries and impose a One World Government! This has been their goal for years but more so since the UN initiated the “global warming hoax” at the Earth Summit in 1992.[Read Agenda 21] Today we have a Democratic controlled house and senate forcing the ‘green’ agenda.,Cap and Trade with all of it’s laws and regulations. That’s how we nded up with the mercury laden lightbulbs, the bread basket of the world was allowed to dry up, California is banning large screen tv’s, etc.
Obama is anxious to sign the treaty in Copenhagen in December that will sign our sovereignty away to the UN. He is a “Globalist” an “Elitest” one of those for One World Government! If you tell a big lie enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually believe it. We need to tell congress and Obama to cease and desist.
When have you ever heard of Americans wanting to leave America to escape our government? I’m hearing it often on radio talk shows ,it’s happening right now. Our ‘leaders’ with few exceptions, have brought shame and disgrace to the offices they hold. They do not respect our Constitution or our country. They are and have for a long time been overstepping the authority given them by the Constitution.We need to rescind their authority.
