The Obama administration has stabbed Americans in the back yet again. The same Att.Gen that pardoned terrorists under the Clinton administration has ordered that the 9/11 hi-jackers be tried in New York in a civilian court,blocks from where the Towers stood. They will have the same rights afforded to American citizens–AFTER confessing in GITMO. Obama and his Marxist thugs have no consideration for the people they are suppose to protect!
Buried deep in the Healthcare Bill is an onerous statement. Under Class II [Paragraph I Section B] it specifically includes in it’s lists of things that must be registered in the National Medical Device Registery “[ii] a class II device that is implantable.
On page 1004 it describes what the term ‘data’ means in paragraph 1,Section B According to the FDA ,a class II implantable device is a ‘implantable radiofrequency transponder system for patient indentification and health information. The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as ‘claims data, patient survey data,standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments ,electronic health records and ANY OTHER DATA DEEMED APPROPRIATE by the Secretary”
It is also online that hospitals will only get federal funding IFthey unionize.
The UN has tried for years to get the US to sign onto an international environmental treaty but past presidents have resisted. The WORLD thinks Obama will sign the UN Copenhagen Climate Treaty! All the players and issues are in place to enforce global control over America; The UN, World Wildlfe Fund, Greenpeace, global warming, Sustainable Development and the attempts by the UN to enforce global taxes.
The Copenhagen Treaty will enforce dire restrictions on all humankind. One provision called the “Facility” will be used to ‘reorder society’ to change the structure of civilization,making the environment the ruling principle.The ‘Facility” is designed to bring together a massive number of “fragmented” environmental organizations and existing regulating structures ,so they can all work together.
Energy will be the main target. The Policy will not be to find more [energy] but to cut back on its use. Homes will not be warmed or cooled. Cars will not be driven. Manufacturing will be sharply curtailed–in ‘developed’ countries. The price of EVERYTHING manufactured by using energy will skyrocket. There will be abundant shortages of everything.
The treaty infers that developed industrial nations have caused economy suffering in third world countries.,because we [developed nations] used carbon emissions. To compensate these poor ‘victums’ the treaty calls for compensation from the developed nations, especially the US. in the form of 0.7% of annual Gross Domestic Product which adds up to $800 billion over 5 yrs, but the language is not complete and there is talk of that figure being as high as 2% of the GDP.Additional funding requirements assessed on a ‘as needed basis’.
The treaty will establish a new governing body called the Conference of the Parties [COP] that will be given ultimate authority over the administration and enforcement provisions and ‘collecting these taxes’.In the small print it says the COP’s taxing authority ‘is not limited to’ the above.[they can tax anything!]
The UN calls it a ‘carbon debt’ that developed nations owe to the rest of the world. The actual language says ” The adverse effects of climate change and response measures due to historical cumulative GHG emissions of developed countries ,constitute an additional burden on all developing country Parties.[particularly low-lying coastal,arid and semi arid areas or areas liable to floods ,drought and desertification and developing countries with fragile mountainous ecosystems in reducing poverty ,developing strategies to address social vulnerabilities and attaining sustainable developement and a threat to achieving the United Nations Millennium Goals. It doesn't matter that scientists the world over including UN climate scientist are reporting an actual cooling taking place. Over 1000 American scientist testified before congress that the world has been cooling since the 80's.
The largest emitters of CO2 are China, India and Brazil and of course they are exempt from the treatys massive restrictions on emissions and energy use.It is a redistribution of wealth policy that will bury America.We will get a global government, the environmentalists will get their power inside the elite and dictators of these 'poor undeveloped countries' will get hugh Swiss bank accounts.
Our only hope is to stop Cap and Trade BEFORE the Dec. meeting! Obama said 2 things would keep him from going.[1] if the language isn’t finished by the Dec.meeting deadline [2] If congress has not yet passed Cap and Trade.
If we ignore this threat, it’s to our peril. If America is to survive as a free, properous and sovereign land and as a beacon of hope to the rest of the world, it is up to the millions of Americans that cherish freedom.We must defend our country as much as our troops overseas do.The fate of each individuals freedom hangs in the balance.

John Berry ,President Obama’s director of the US Office of Personnel Management [OPM] has issued a new directive aimed at weeding out any Bush administration political appointees who ‘careered into’ the civil service. Soon he will have all of the Chicago Mob in D.C.!
Obama and the liberals in DC who control the House are talking of allowing the Bush Tax Cuts to expire. These tax cuts created 8.3 million jobs. Congress spent 19.6 billion on frivolous ‘pork’ using taxpayer funds in 2009. If allowed to expire, the already unemployed, overtaxed citizens will have a heavy load on their backs. The average tax increase for over 100 million citizens will be $1,716. The average tax increase on senior citizens will be $2,034, on small businesses $3,637.- 44 million married couples will be affected by the Marriage Penalty, the average cost in 2000 was $1,480. The Death Tax will be reinstated bringing into congress $19.6 billion for more ‘pork’. This on top of all the taxes healthcare,cap and trade ,etc will add.
Senator Jim DeMint is fighting Net Neutrality. Repts. Joe Wilson, Phil Gingrey, Steve Scause, Wally Herger and Dean Heller are tying to get an amendment added to the National Healthcare Bill that would require ALL congressmen to sign on to the public option, if it remains in the bill. Please write and encourage these admendments.
Once government has you in the national healthcare, it can use it to justify almost any restraint on freedom.If the state ‘heals’ you, it has an interest in ‘preventing’ you needing treatment. Currently in Britain they have a ‘health audit’ happening with the government conducting a door to door ‘health audit’ and checking the contents of refrigators!
In Manchester [England] smokers are denied treatment for heart disease, while obese people are refused hip and knee replacements. The ‘greens’ are at work too. In Britain it has been purposed that each citizen have a government approved travel allowance. If you take 1 flight a yr you’ll pay the standard amt of tax but if you travel frequently ,you’ll be subject to additional levies. [to save Al Gores planet].Didn’t the Soviets restrict the movement of it’s people? Isn’t this the very definition of totalitarianism? Is it coming here?
In Britain undercover constables dine at restaurants monitoring conversations for ‘racist remarks’. Is that what is coming to America with the political correctness?At Fort Hood prior to the shootings, the authorities knew of Hasan’s ties to radical Islam. He had visited Jihadist websites, openly applauded acts of terrorism committed against the US, they knew he had contacted AlQueda [FBI had been 'watching' him], he proclaimed his allegiance to radical Islam over the Army–BUT no-one spoke out BECAUSE they were afraid of being called racist! Afraid of being accused of profiling!
We cannot defeat Islam until we acknowledge that it exists and face the reality that it’s followers want to kill us and destroy our way of life. We need to confront the enemy when we see the signs. People should stand up to Obama over bringing terrorists to New York to be tried in civil courts instead of military courts. This Attorney General Eric Holder has already shown leniency in trying terrorist when he pardoned several while he worked under the Clinton Administration. He is the same Att.Gen that ‘dropped the case’ against the Black Panthers that intimidated voters at the booths. The men that were beaten at townhalls can’t seem to get their cases to court!
If we continue to sit silently by as Obama continues to insult our allies and plays footsie with dictators and Muslims [he ignored National Prayer Day but has hosted 3 Muslim holidays--he went on Muslim tv to apologize to Islams BEFORE he went on American tv!] Who do we blame when [not if] we have another terrible terrorist attack? Bringing these terrorists to a court in America within sight of ‘ground zero’ is an insult to all the citizens that died that day!
We must continue to raise our voices.The Tea Parties need to unite with other resistance fighters, there is strength in numbers! Last Nov. 60 million people voted against this Marxist, we must increase our numbers. We must make others understand what the healthcare /Cap and Trade and Localism will do to this country, what the fine print says and means.

Since our congressmen do not read the bills, most do not know what is in them before they vote on them, who do you think writes them? Try Apollo/SEIU. We have been told not to rush to judgment on Mayor Nidal Malik Hasan that murdered 13 people in cold blood at Ft.Hood, maybe if you have noticed that all of the Czars are Communist/Socialism/Anti Capitolist/Mao admirers, you have seen a pattern. How many of you are aware Major Hasan was on Obama’s Transition team? Did you know that Obama’s Assist.Sec. for the Office of Policy Development with Homeland Security is Arif Alikhan, former Los Angeles Deputy Mayor that derailed the police dept. plans to monitor activies and individuals in the Muslim community—where some of the 9/11 hijackers received support from locals?
Or that Kareem Shora ,the National Executive Director of the American/Arab Discrimination Committee was appointed to the Homeland Security Board?That she was born in Damascus? That Samatha Powers who is widely known for her anti=Israel views including the fact she feels the US sides with Israel on most Middle East policy, has been appointed to Obama’s National Security Council?She reportly does not believe that Iran is developing a nuclear weapon.

Susan Rice, the Ambassador to the UN is all for the UN Fund for UNICEP that has repeatedly been caught giving funds to terrorists.Rosa brooks, the Under Sec. of Defense for Policy worked for Communist Geo.Soros ,she blames most terrorism on the US.Seem Obama is more involved in the War on America than the one in Afghanistan. He is still undecided[so they say] onn sending the troops the Generals ask for in Aug.
Ethanol not only wasn’t a reliable or cost effective fuel it caused food prices to sky rocket and World Food Banks to empty.Now the EPA is considering requiring a blend of ethanol/gasoline called E15, that threatens to damage car engines. E15 is not a blend of 15% ethanol to 85% gasoline, but ROUGHTLY 15% with everything from 12% to 17% ,depending on storage conditions.
Cars that exist today are not designed to handle blends above 15% .Our existing filling station pumps and tanks ,boat engines, lawn mowers ,leaf blowers, four wheelers, snowmobiles,etc. are not designed to handle higher blends.It can corrode metal, rubber and plastic surfaces and attracts water as it passes through the refining and fuel distribution network.
Upgrading a car to handle E15 requires modifying a wide range of componets-fuel tanks, fuel tank electric wiring, fuel pumps, fuel filters, fuel lines, fuel levelsensors, fuel injectors, seals, fuel pressure regulators and inlet valves. Why don’t we just drill in the Gulf and Alaaska? We have plenty of God given natural resources.Congressmen have invested in renewable fuels/wind/solar!
If Obama signs the Copenhagen Climate Treaty in Denmark it could bring an end to the sovereignty and the independence America has enjoyed and cherished for over 200 yrs! The two stated goals are [1] transfer of wealth from industrial nationas to developing countries[2] dictate energy use and consumption to industrial nations. meaning [1] global socialism[2] global dictatorship.
The economic impact on the Us ;
Limit manufacturing by Cap and Trade– loss of jobs, limit personel consumption of energy by laws and cost—loss of freedom, hyper energy cost inflation, ALL goods and materials to be more expensive, transportation more expensive–$10 per gallon gas prices, halt the US Recovery-prolonged recession/depression, assures and accelerates the shift of economic growth and profitability from the US to emerging markets, increase imports for emerging markets will not be subject to the same carbon emissions limits as US– unfair competition /increased trade deficit, Us will become bigger debtor while China will become bigger creditor –more debt for our children/grandchildren, add momentum to movement away from US Dollar toward a one world currency, increase of Treasury borrowing–ballooning deficit, drive up stste and federal taxes. Sort of makes going to prison for not buying government insurance and paying unconstitutional fines sound good.
WRITE Your senators and representatives to stop Obama signng the treaty.They pay more attention to written letters than emails.

The day after the terrorist attack at Fort Hood when 13 were murdered and 30 plus injured, our congress passed resolution 893 congratulating the winning ballteam instead of having a moments silence for our fallen troops. The president rambled on for 5 minutes , giving ‘a shout out’ to someone before he remembered the terrorist attack!
U.S. Rept. Pete Hoekstra, a top Republican on the House Intel Committee claims that this administration may be ‘restricting the dissemination of information and limiting info provided so far to the Gang of Eight. He requested that the Director of National Intel. Dennis Blair, the heads of the FBI,the NSA and the CIA direct their agencies to” preserve all documents and materials relevant to the Ft.Hood attack and any related investigations or intelligence collection activies”
He says the administration is in possession of critical info. related to the attack they are refusing to release to congress or the American people. “At some point,it becomes necessary for us as a nation to address the uncomfortable threat of homegrown terrorism,and radicalism and congress has an obligation to review how federal agencies are handling and disseminating info related to the threat” ” I wouldn’t put it past those leaders to ‘lose’ or ‘misplace’ evidence of terrorism in the Ft.Hood tragedy” he said.

Nations have failed miserably at delivering affordable and reliable energy and creating jobs! Spains government has committed more than $753,000 PER GREEN JOB over the past 9 years. In Germany, annual subsidies PER WORKER have reached $240,000.

China has announced a new ‘anti dumping’ investigation of US Auto imports.They say Obama’s bailouts of multi trillion dollars gives American auto makers an unfair advantage .China is one of the few markets where auto sales are strong so we can expect tariffs of US Autos .A retaliatory tariff on American cars would destroy what little is left of the American automakers
Obama is kicking sand in the faces of the Chinese just as he is about to make his first visit. Will China decide it no longer wants to laon us the billion plus a month or no longer wants to carry our debt? If so, our US dollar is going to crash!

In Baltimore one block is getting ready for winter with the stimulus money.One stimulus program is paying to insulate 11 rental rowhouses, one is paying for furnaces, another is paying for the cost of reflective roofs. So far NOT ONE single job has been created, the work is being done by prison inmates in a job training program!
In the senate Harry Reid has introduced Immigration Reform Bill called legislation S-9 or “Stronger Economy ,Stronger Borders Act of 2009″ Senate Minority Leader John Boehner calls it a ‘piece of xxxx’ The bill redsuces the US/Mexican border fence from 800 miles to 200 miles. It allows for chain immigration where not only the illegal can get amnesty and become a citizen but also import his extended family.
I know we Americans have short memories but I pray they are keeping names of all that vote for these Marxist Bills. 220 politicians that have sworn to protect and defend our constitution voted Sat. on an unconstitutional healthcare bill. An open assault on our Bill of Rights. One thing they forgot to put in the bill was funding for prisons. Everyone I talk to say ‘I will not buy government controlled healthcare or pay unconstitutional fines, I’ll go to jail first!” This bill will create 111 new federal bureaucracies that will interfer with every aspect of citizens lives.The right to make your own healthcare decisions will be eliminated as you must buy what the government thinks you need. At least in prison we’ll get free healthcare ,and probably before anyone else.
Could anyone have created a bigger mess in 10 months without it being done intentionally? Obama is supposed to be a Harvard educated lawyer as was Michelle until she lost her license.

If we intend to take back our government we can not sit idly by until next year for elections. Obama still has 1166 days in office and is pushing one bill after another ,faster than we can keep up. Pelosi and Reid are determined to get his policies through. We must keep a list of all members that vote for National Healthcare, Cap and Tax, Card Check, Hate Crimes Bill, and Localism/Fairness Doctrine and kiss them goodbye next Nov. We must insist that they pass the Enumerated Bills Act that requires they attach a rider to each bill telling where they get the authority for the bill.
We must write our governors and state legislatures and insist they get involved. They can call for an amendment to the Constitution.I understand they are only two states short of taking action. We need for them to take back states rights, to nullify all unconstitutional bills that congress passes, to return the selection of senators to the states, for them to rescind the income tax and starve the federal government. and for them to insist congress passes A-PLUS ACT [ Academic Partnedship Lead Us To Success Act] that allows states the right to improve schools without federal interference and puts the choices in the hands of parents. We need governors to ask the courts why they are not trying to stop Obama’s/Pelosi’s mad rush to Socialism.
WE need to insist that congress pass Ron Paul’s Roadmap for Tax Reform. It would simplify the tax code and not require major changes in the tax system. The first $50,000 0f an individuals income would be taxed 10% [100,000 for joint], all income above that would be taxed at 25%. There would be no tax on interest, capitol gains, dividends ,no death tax on personal estates and no alternative minimum tax . It eliminates nearly all existing deductions but it allows generous standard deductions and personal exemptions. Individual deduction 12,500–joint 25,000. Personal exemptions allow 3500 per family member.
Businesses would be taxed what they ‘consume’ to make a product or provide a service not on profits.,and a sales tax of 8.5 % on everything business buys. American exports would not be taxed but imports would finally be taxed 8.5% ,leveling the playing field for American companies.
We must insist congress STOP all pork because they are beholden to those they give help to, this would destroy most lobbyist and put the ball back in the citizens court. We must also insist that members can not collect campaign monies from businesses or unions. We have seen how the stimulus went to play back Democratic supporters rather than to create jobs. The only jobs created were those ‘green jobs’ overseas that received American Taxpayer stimulus money–China, Philipines, Japan, Korea,etc. We must stop the ‘redistribution of [OUR] wealth”!

While Pelosi is gloating, she is forgetting one small matter! The healthcare bill and Cap and Trade are unconstitutional! Congress is exceeding the enumerated powers specified in the constitution under Article I Section VIII BUT as long as the public lets them get away with it congress will keep passing bills that destroy our freedoms. Nationalized healthcare will give government complete control over our private and personal lives. Cap and TAX will give them complete control of our energy–both production and how we thee people use it, The Clean Water Restoration Act gives government control of all waters in the US, remember the 2inch smelt that won over the bread basket of the world? ,The Environmental Protection Agency has enacted many unheard of bills that affect us; The National Environmental Policy Act, the Marine Mammels Act,the Salmon Recovery Act, they want to enact the ‘Law of the Sea’, before long they will control all of the land and food production.
We have an abundance of natural resources government will not let us use. We have 1321 billion barrels of oil.It is KNOWN to exist in Alaska and offshore on the continental shelf. We could be self sufficient. The United States is the Saudi Arabia of coal BUT obama is trying to bankrupt it. We have 28% of the worlds coal reserves.Russia comes in second with 19%.Coal represents 50% of all the electricity produced in America.Combined wind and solar only represent 1% and both have to be heavily subsidized. ,plus you can not have wind or solar without a coal fired ,hydroelectric or nuclear plant and there has not been a nuclear plant built in America in over 30 yrs.The same is true for new oil refineries. Government will not allow oil companies to explore or extract oil on or offshore. OUR GOVERNMENT has no problem sending money to foreign countries to drill, ask yourself WHY can’t we drill or mine here? It all comes down to control!
Most of what congress is doing is unconstitutional . When asked about constitutional authority for the healthcare bill Sen.Patrick Leahy said “we have plenty of authority, why would you say we don’t have the authority?; Madam Pelosi said ” Are you serious?Are you serious?” Most of our representatives are not preserving, protecting or defending the constitution as they swore to do.
Conservatives have tried for years to get the Enumerated Powers Act HR -450 enacted [since 1994] but it has been defeated in congress everytime. It is legislation that requires every piece of legislation to cite the specific Constitutional article that authorizes the legislation. It is desperately needed to hold their feet to the fire!
This battle is not between Democrats and Republicans, it is between liberals and conservatives. It is a battle for our freedoms. It is one to hold on to our sovereignty and the principles of our founding fathers.Too many in this administration and our congress hold the views of Karl Marx. They are destroying our country by design.They have almost reached their goal. We thee people have two choices, fight or submit to slavery and live under tyranny. Our days of sitting on the sidelines are over, we have traitors in our government destroying our Constitution, Capitolism and our Sovereignty from within!

Pelosi and her minions are not listening to the citizens! All they understand is money! What if ALL of the groups;Tea Party attendees, Patriotic Resistance, Vets, Border Guards, etc. were to sign a letter stating to get the prisons ready because we have NO INTENTION of buying government insurance or paying unconstitutional fines? The Investigative Reporting Workshop found that 67% of wind turbines installed in America are built in other countries.Wind turbines and/or their component parts can be made cheaper in China. GE, a major US wind turbine producer already owns 3 facilities in China that produce turbine components. GE is planning a factory in Viet Nam that will employ 500 local workers and export 10,000 tons of components to GE Energy assembly plants around the world.
There is a joint venture between China’s Shenyang Power Group, the US Renewable Energy Group and Cielo Wind Power LP to develope a 600 megawatt wind farm on 36,000 acres[land we could use for farming] in West Texas. A Power Energy Generation Systems Ltd. ,a provider of distributed generation systems in China and a fast growing manufacture of wind turbines ,will supply the turbines.
The photovoltaic [PV] cells are also manufactured overseas. The Florida Power and Light [FPL] that started operating its 25 megawatt photovoltaic solar plant in SW Florida is the first of a total of 110 megawatts of solar capacity that FPL will install at 3 different sites by the end of 2010.Components of the DeSota plant are from foreign countries. PV cells WERE provided by a firm in California but they were made in the Philipines. The steel PV frame holding the cells were made in Canada,and the electrical parts and boxes were made in Germany.
The government only has Stimulus moneys by overtaxing Americans. Its bad enough they are destroying jobs in Americas fossil fuel industry but they are crippling America while giving the Lions Share of ‘our’ money to foreign beneficiaries.
Are we going to continue to take it? Most people are tired of the constant fighting but I’m afraid the fight has just began. They took us off of the Gold Standard one midnight when MOST of congress had gone home for the holidays! A handful of congressmen changed our banking system. HR3962 includes high fines/penalities for those WHO REMAIN WITH PRIVATE INSURANCE, Medicare services will be cut and greatly reduced. yet another tax will be put on sucessful individuals.
The plan put forward by the House Republican Conference HR3200 includes 111 new boards,bureaucratic agencies,new government takeover programs and commissions to FORCE compliance.This is neither healthcare or insurance reform– it is an outright takeover of citizens rights. The CBO does say the Republican plan would reduce healthcare payments and reduce the deficit by $68 billion over 10 yrs., while the Democrat plan would cost $1.05 trillion .
Senate Majority Leader used illegal tactics in an attempt to ram through Cap and TAX ,do we trust him or Pelosi to look out for OUR interests? Pelosi said they listened to the people. Wonder which people she meant? They are not listening to the crowds of citizens marching.
Communist and government now hide behind contrived ‘emergencies’ to push unwanted bills. If this bill passes we can watch our sovereignty being flushed down the drain. The ruling Marxist elite led by Obama, Pelosi, Reid [Emannuel/Axlerod]will tell us where we can live, what we can eat, what car we can drive ,if any. How much electric we can use, etc. Everything will refer back to healthcare!
