Have you noticed what is happening in America? In our nations capital? Have you noticed the President has surrounded himself with Marxist/Communist/Fascist czars that answer only to him and, in the process, circumvent congress? (video below)

That the President refuses to abide by the Constitution? That anti-American, anti-Capitalist Nancy Pelosi and a mostly Socialist-leaning congress have sold their souls to the Devil for power and money?

Who do you think is going to rush in and help America? The French? Ha! The Russians? The Germans? Obama has insulted ALL of our allies.

Every since Obama became president, Congress has has one crisis after another [enough to make you think they are manufactured crisis] and has had to push through bailouts, stimulus, and unread bills to “save the country”. They have overwhelmed the system and citizens all over the country are now saying “SLOW DOWN”!

Next on his agenda, probably while we are still battling over Universal Health Care and Cap and Trade, the radicals intend to push another amnesty bill to allow millions of illegals already here to stay. He has already told the sheriffs to only arrest those with criminal records.

America is not a Democracy as most people think. America is a Constitutional Republic!

A democracy is a government of the masses that derives its authority through mass meetings or other forms of direct expression. It results in mob-ocracy. Attitude toward property is communistic - negating property rights. Attitude toward law is that the will regulate, whether it be based upon deliberation or government by passion, prejudice, and impulse, without restrain as regard to consequences.

In a republic, authority is derived by election by the people of public officials best fitted to represent them. Attitude toward property is respect for laws and individual rights, and a sensible economic procedure. Attitude toward law is the administration of justice in accord with fixed principles and established evidence, with a strict regard for consequences … it avoids the dangerous extremes of either tyranny and mob-ocracy. It results in statesmanship, liberty, reason, contentment and progress. (description from U.S. Army Manual # 2000-25, copyright 1928.)

America, is the bread basket of the world! WE ARE the leaders in agriculture, the first on the scene of earthquakes, floods, hurricanes. Today, our government pays farmers NOT to farm. It uses corn for ethanol driving food prices up and creating a food shortage for humans and animals

The American people have got a fight before them, one they must fight. It’ a fight for our very lives! WE must ban together and make ourselves heard while we still can. We can not allow congress to pass the Energy Bill or the government controlled Health Care bill … or the government will be micromanaging every aspect of our lies!

With absolutely NO scientific evidence to back him up, Al Gore has been a very out spoken activist for ‘man-made global warming’ speaking in schools and colleges, making movies that scare our children, lobbying congress to pass more environmental laws, and getting richer in the process. In 2007, his estimated wealth worth was 100 million. Now he has an ally in Obama.

We have seen by the union ‘paybacks’, the firing of CEO’s and Inspector Generals, and speaking out in favor of a friend against a police force without knowing the facts. Just how far is Obama willing to go to protect and pay off friends and supporters (at tax payers expense)? We know from his worldwide apologies for America that taking care of or defending America is at the bottom of his list of priorities!

Many of the environmentalist activists groups funded Obama’s campaign and expect him to implement a ‘green agenda’ for their endorsements. His policies will require the creation of a massive new electric infrastructure. And, he made it clear durning the campaign that he will not allow any new coal firing power plants to be built.

The way congress is worried about Carbon Dioxide, CO2, you would think none of them know that it is essential to all life forms.

“Carbon Footprint” is a cutesy name for making you or your company feel guilty about the amount of energy you use. We all contribute to the ‘greenhouse gas emissions’ that, according to the environmentalist, is causing ‘global warming’.

There is even a carbon footprint calculator to figure your footprint. You can check it out at CarbonFootprint.com. It will ask personal questions about your home, shopping habits, travel, diet, etc.

Not to worry. No matter how much ‘energy’ you may use, you may buy ‘carbon offsets’. But, according to the General Accounting Office (GAO) the carbon offsets ‘have no uniform quality assurance mechanisms as standards of verification and monitoring’. (Hint: your money may not help reduce CO2 emissions.)

It’s bad enough that the Obama administration wants to penalize all Americans for their energy use through the cap-and-tax scheme that will hobble our economy and hike electricity and gas costs, but until now they only proposed to penalize us for our own energy use. With China refusing to join the West in economic suicide, who will pay for their emissions? Commerce Secretary says that the American consumer is to blame for China’s energy-production emissions — and we’ll pay for that instead of the Chinese:

Commerce Secretary Gary Locke said something amazing—U.S. consumers should pay for part of Chinese greenhouse-gas emissions. From Reuters:

“It’s important that those who consume the products being made all around the world to the benefit of America — and it’s our own consumption activity that’s causing the emission of greenhouse gases, then quite frankly Americans need to pay for that,” Commerce Secretary Gary Locke told the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.

The idea that rich-country consumers should pick up the tab for some of China’s industrial emissions has been gaining currency lately—but not from within the Obama administration. The argument is that many of China’s factories churn out cheap stuff for the West, not for domestic consumption, so those consumers are actually responsible for the emissions. China, of course, loves the idea.

The president and CEO of the National Black Chamber of Commerce accused Senator Barbara Boxer on Thursday (2009-07-16) of racially condescending to him during an Environment and Public Works Committee hearing.

Republican members of the committee had sought the testimony of Harry C. Alford, an opponent of a climate change bill that narrowly passed in the House.

Alford said in his opening statement that he spoke on behalf of his organization when he argued that the bill would have devastating consequences for small and minority-owned businesses.

The administration’s “Green Jobs” czar, Van Jones, has a “very checkered past” deep-rooted in radical politics, including black nationalism, anarchism, and communism. The broadcast network newscasts have mostly failed to report on Mr. Jones’s past political affiliations which are lock-step with the network’s downplay of coverage regarding President Obama’s associations with the former radical and terrorist William Ayers during the election.

At 6:47 a.m. EDT on the July 10 edition of “Fox and Friends,” Americans for Prosperity Policy Director Phil Kerpen, told interviewer Brian Kilmeade that Jones is “somebody who was involved in radical politics in San Francisco, “who was self-admittedly “radicalized in jail” and found “Communism and anarchism.”

Residents in Missouri may get a new fee added to their electric bill for using less energy. Yes; for saving electricity you could have an additional fee added to your monthly energy bill.

Why are they being charged more for using less? The money is spent on promotions by the utilities to get people using less energy. If electricity consumption grows then the utilities need to build new power plants, which is expensive. The cost of new power plant is greater than the cost of promoting conservation of electricity.

Do you have friends and family who realize that something is very wrong today in this country, but they won’t take action? They complain about big government spending and the ongoing stupidity in Washington, but that’s all they do … complain.

They are good people; they are concerned; but they believe that their public voice won’t matter. They have never been politically active. And, they start making excuses when you ask them to take action. They believe that somehow, without action, all this craziness will correct itself.

We all have kith and kin who are like this. Most of us Tea Party activists are just everyday Americans who never even considered attending rallies. With each of us, who loves freedom in our country, it took a final disconcerting spark for us to heed the call to action.

The couch potatoes, hesitant warriors, and the stay-at-home silent majority need that proper spark. Perhaps, you might pass this article along to them … along with words of encouragement … while we can still speak out.

The Cap & Trade Bill (HR-2454), the largest tax increase in the history of our country, passed the House tonight with a vote of 219 to 212, winning by just 7 votes. And … yes … 8 Republicans helped it pass.

Do you remember when gas prices passed $4.00 per gallon last year? Gas prices went up directly, but lots of other prices went up as well … anything and everything that was hauled to the store by truck, train, or plane (their gas prices went up too). With this massive tax increase not only will gas increase in price, but electricity and fuel oil will go up too.

If you’d like to express your ‘gratitude’ to these 8 traitorous ‘republicans’, here’s their info:

This bill still has to go through the Senate. It is likely to face serious opposition here.

Within five days (on or before Wednesday July 1, 2009) Representatives can change their vote (or vote, when not voting). These eight Representatives must be the focus; After 5 days the focus will be on the U.S. Senate. Here are their phone numbers.

Democratic leaders in the House have scheduled a Friday vote (2009-06-29) on a climate change bill that would establish a complex cap-and-trade system to limit the nation’s greenhouse gas emissions, a priority for President Obama.

The House Rules Committee unveiled the latest version of the bill, which weighs in at 1,201 pages. It features new items such as $7.5 billion in “green bonds” for a new federal financing agency called the Clean Energy Deployment Administration, extra emission allowances for politically powerful rural electric cooperatives, greater flexibility for states that want to use free allowances for mass transit, and tweaks benefiting a range of companies, including algae-based biofuel producers and major petroleum refiners.

President Obama has said that “Cap & Trade” will cause electricity prices to skyrocket. Do you have an extra $1,500 a year to spend on energy? It’s also expected to increase costs indirectly across the board for each American household on every good or service purchased that uses energy by another $1,500 per year.
