This pre-emptive initiative to “bear arms while we can” is concerned that with President-elect Barack Obama in the White House and a Democrat-majority Congress tough, new gun laws are just around the corner. It may mean fewer opportunities to buy guns. Although an outright firearms ban seems unlikely, gun owners are worried about higher taxes on gun transactions and greater fees for Firearm Ownership Identification Card applications. Gun-rights advocates should also recognize that if the Dems do curtail, stifle, or eliminate guns sales, there is another point to consider. by LukeAmerica2020 First is that most of the lower court cases have been dismissed due to the plaintiff’s lack of standing, ie, ordinary citizens have no right to question a Presidential candidate’s eligibility. Second is that Obama and the DNC have spent almost one million dollars in legal fees to prevent the candidate from having to reveal his original birth certificate. Third is the fact that Obama likewise refuses to release numerous relevant documents and records that should be innocuous (Occidental College records, Columbia College records, Columbia Thesis paper, Harvard College records, Law Practice client list, Law Practice billing records, etc.)

The upcoming book by Larry Sinclair professes details of his relationship with Barack Obama, the President-elect’s drug usage with Sinclair, Obama’s ties to Donald Young (TUCC’s Choir Director) and his subsequent murder, and the attempts by the Obama team to stop Sinclair’s story during the campaign. Reports of the tell-all book have made their way to Obama, and he is said to be seething that this matter has not been “resolved”.

by LukeAmerica2020 Donofrio claimed the candidates are not “natural born citizens” as enumerated in Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States, which states, “No person except a natural born citizen of the United States, at the time of adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President.” He wrote, Obama is not eligible for the presidency “even if it were proved he was born in Hawaii, since … Senator Obama’s father was born in Kenya and therefore, having been born with split and competing loyalties, candidate Obama is not a ‘natural born citizen’ …” This case was dismissed by Justice Souter on November 6. It was refiled and submitted to Justice Clarence Thomas on November 14. It is currently Distributed for Conference by the Supreme Court on December 5, 2008. Once a stay application is denied, a renewed application is truly a desperate measure the success of which is very rare in Supreme Court history. Clearly, Justice Thomas considers this to be an extremely serious matter.

Moreover, most of us were fully cognizant of how ridiculously slanted in favor of Obama that most of the mainstream media (MSM) was. But, what may not be as readily apparent is how the manipulation of large groups of people through left-leaning media outlets contributed to the lack of essential knowledge many Americans had regarding both the Presidential candidates and political information in general.
