Every since Obama became president, Congress has has one crisis after another [enough to make you think they are manufactured crisis] and has had to push through bailouts, stimulus, and unread bills to “save the country”. They have overwhelmed the system and citizens all over the country are now saying “SLOW DOWN”!
Next on his agenda, probably while we are still battling over Universal Health Care and Cap and Trade, the radicals intend to push another amnesty bill to allow millions of illegals already here to stay. He has already told the sheriffs to only arrest those with criminal records.
Early in his first weeks, Obama moved the Census Department to the White House under the watchful eye of Rahm Emanuel, the Chief of Staff, who came with him from Chicago. Obama’s first choice for Secretary of Commerce, Senator Judd Gregg, withdrew his name when Obama choose to side step Article I Section II of the constitution.
The Census determines the apportionment of House members and electoral college votes for each state. Only citizens are supposed to be counted. The early census questionaires asked about citizenship. But by 1980 there were two forms; a short one that went to every person in the country and a long form that had no questions as to citizenship was sent to random houses. They were used to establish congressional apportionment. This pattern was repeated in both the 1990 and the 2000 census.
The 2010 census will only use the short form, but Dr. Elizabeth Grieco, Chief of the Census Bureau’s Immigration Statistics Staff, said Congress had not asked them to include the citizenship question. Guess which question will not be on it?
In violation of Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, Obama has ordered the Border Guard Officials to scale back enforcement (apparently so that the census can artificially be swollen with millions of illegals). Deputy Census Director Preston used the excuse “raids on illegals during a census would make a distrustful group less likely to cooperate with government workers [census takers].
Obama set aside 14 billion for the services of the census, most of it for a community organization, ACORN, that is noted for fraud and deceptive practices.
States with a significant growth in illegal population include Arizona, California, Florida Illinois, New Jersey , New York, and Texas. According to the latest survey California has 5,622,422 non-citizens which could give it 57 members in the House rather than 48 seats based on local citizens. Texas would have 38 seats instead of 34, etc.
States certain to lose seats when non-citizens are counted for reapportionment are Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Others likely to lose a seat are Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, and Ohio. This census will result in a mal-apportionment of congress. This will re-chart the political map of the country and divert funds to the states with most illegals. Congress must not be allowed to redefine who are “WE THE PEOPLE”.
Annually 400,000 pregnant woman come across the border to have babies in the U.S. under EMTALA, the emergency medical treatment and active labor act. These babies are instant citizens, usually with neither parent being legal citizens. The mothers usually go on welfare because the “anchor baby” retards deportation of the illegal parent. Once the child is 18, it can bring an endless number of relatives into America. This Federal, not Constitutional, law gives citizenship to the estimated 400,000 babies each year.
“Birthright Citizenship” has been abandoned in most countries. Mexico has strict immigration laws and no “anchor babies”. The Supreme Court ruled that the constitution requires babies of LEGAL IMMIGRANTS be citizens.
Congress needs to pass H.R. 1868 “Birthright Citizenship” in order to limit citizenship to babies that have at least one legal parent. Otherwise citizens will continue to pay millions annually for welfare, education, and medical bills for illegals.
Obama’s next agenda is an Amnesty Bill for the millions of illegals already here.
We need to keep waving those signs that the liberals are so afraid of and tell them in the words of Dee Synder and Twisted Sister “We aren’t going to take it anymore!”
