In early July, Army Reserve Major Stefan Frederick Cook filed a lawsuit against the Army, the defense secretary, and the president. He claimed that Obama could not lawfully order him to go to war because he is not the legitimate president of the United States. His concern was that Obama has not proven that he is eligible to be Commander in Chief because he has not shown his birth certificate.
On July 14, just before deploying to Afghanistan, the commanding general of Special Operations Command Central formally revoked Cook’s orders. Two days later, a Georgia court dismissed the case.
This case revived questions about Obama not being a natural born citizen. But, what has been overlooked by most of the press coverage regarding Cook is a portion of the 26-page lawsuit document itself, filed July 9th with the federal district court of Columbus, GA.
The private investigator hired by the attorney, Orly Taitz, in the case discovered that Obama may have used up to 149 different addresses AND 39 different social security numbers prior to becoming president.
Further, allegedly the social security number most commonly used by Barack Hussein Obama, is one issued in the state of Connecticut, a state where Barack Hussein Obama never resided, AND it shows him to be 119 years old.

(8) The evidence contained in Exhibit B shows that Barack Hussein Obama might have used as many as 149 addresses and 39 social security numbers prior to assuming the office of President. The social security number most commonly used by Barack Hussein Obama, is one issued in the state of Connecticut, the state where Barack Hussein Obama never resided and it shows him to be 119 years old. This coupled with the fact that Mr. Obama’s grandmother, Madeline Dunham was a volunteer at the Oahu Circuit Court Probate Department and had access to the social security numbers of the deceased, constitutes circumstantial evidence casting serious doubt on the legitimacy of Mr. Obama and his claims of being born on US territory. Exhibit C, the expert affidavit of renowned forensic document examiner Sandra Ramsey Lines, states that the certification of live birth posted by Mr. Obama as verification of his legitimacy, cannot be verified as genuine, and should be presumed fraudulent.
(9) This doubt is further reinforced by the fact that the Hawaiian statute 338 allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to obtain Hawaiian birth certificates, that those birth certificates can be obtained based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborating evidence from the hospital; that “late birth certificates” (i.e. non-contemporaneously, post-facto, in two words “potentially fabricated”) can lawfully, under this statute, be obtained at any time later in life.
(10) That is of paramount concern, as Barack Hussein Obama’s original birth certificate was never provided by the state of Hawaii, but only a statement that there is an original “long birth certificate” document on file. The statement repeatedly provided by Hawaiian officials is quite simply incomplete, evasive, and without explanation of critical details: namely, whether it is a foreign birth certification or one obtained based on a statement of one relative only, or a late certification or amended one, obtained upon adoption by his stepfather.
Okay. Either Ms. Taitz has taken a dramatic step in this case that will completely discredit anyone who sincerely seeks to have Obama reveal his birth certificate and college records (Occidental, Harvard, etc.) … OR … this “birther” movement is about to get REALLY HEATED.

To all the birthers in La, La Land, it is on you to prove to all of us that your assertion is true, if there are people who were there and support your position then show us the video (everyone has a price), either put up or frankly shut-up. I heard Orly Taitz, is selling a tape (I think it’s called “Money, Lies and Video tape”). She is from Orange County, CA, now I know what the mean when they say “behind the Orange Curtain”, when they talk about Orange County, the captial of Conspiracy Theories. You know Obama has a passport, he travel abroad before he was a Senator, but I guess he fooled them too?
The time lines, places, actions, motives, when analyzed, support, and are consistent with, what is the answer to the Obama birth puzzle:
Obama’s grandmother is his mother and his mother is his sister.
Think about it. Review all the facts and claims.
Paul: The point of this article was not necessarily to justify or to discredit the growing quest for Obama to reveal his birth and college documents. Instead, the issue here is the claims in this specific court document.
It should be fairly easy, for an alternative investigator, to determine if the social security number that our President uses actually belongs to someone born in Connecticut in 1890. That revelation alone will indicate whether or not Orly Taitz is an attention grabbing extremist and … therefore … by implication, justify or discredit the various related cases that she has represented.
If that claim in this document is proven false, her and this “birther” movement is OVER. If the claim is proven true, it is about to get very HOT.
That Orly Taitz is a bit of an eccentric is only a diversion in the discussion of the President’s eligibility for office. It’s unfortunate that Maj. Cook chose someone of her ilk as his attorney, but that doesn’t in any way change the facts of the case.

Orly Taitz is more than an eccentric, in my opinion. She’s been tireless, for sure, and she’s done an unbelievable amount of work which most likely would not have gotten done otherwise, and I am on her side. But she’s said and done some outrageous things, which have prompted many quondam supporters (like Phillip Berg) to wonder if she was working for Obama. In fact, Phil Berg no longer associates with her. Neither does Larry Sinclair (not that that’s any big loss). I just wish she was a little less on the lunatic fringe and a little more circumspect.
