Bush’s bailout of the Wall Street banks was a huge dose of socialism. And that self-described “maverick,” John McCain rolled right over for Bush to go along with it. With Bush’s policy of secret police, unauthorized wiretaps to say nothing of his sanctioning the waterboarding ie torture of prisoners, it’s obvious the constitution didn’t matter to him.

Liberals on the right could care less if BHO meets constitutional requirements. If they will support his socialistic and marxist policies, why would the constitution even be considered.
