Patriot Alert: Repudiate the Copenhagen Treaty
The draft Treaty of Copenhagen, to be signed in mid-December 2009, would create an unelected world government with direct power over all financial and trading markets, and direct power to intervene over the heads of elected governments in the economic and environmental affairs of all nations that sign the Treaty.
The word “government” actually appears in the Treaty as the first of three purposes of a huge, new, supranational bureaucratic entity that will have the power to require wealthier nations to redistribute up to 2% of their annual gross domestic product to third-world countries in imagined reparation for imaginary “climate debt” — and all of this is taking place just as the final scientific proof that CO2 has a tiny and harmless warming effect is finally available.
Please read and sign the Instrument of Repudiation, and urge at least five of your friends to sign it too … and urge each of them to find five more to sign it. The Instrument will be tabled during the Copenhagen Conference this December.
Dede Scozzafava Drops Out of NY-23 Race
Dede Scozzafava, the Republican candidate, announced this afternoon that she is suspending her campaign for New York’s 23rd Congressional District. The state Assemblywoman has not thrown her support to either Doug Hoffman, the Conservative Party candidate, or to Bill Owens, the Democratic candidate. The decision to suspend her campaign is most likely a boost for Hoffman who has been steadily gaining in the polls. (videos below)

This is the entire Glenn Beck show from Friday, October 30th, 2009. In this episode entitled “Are We Headed for a One-World Government?”, Beck discussed the upcoming (December 7-18) Climate Change Treaty in Copenhagen which potentially seeks to establish a one-world government.
He interviewed former U.S. Ambassador John Bolton and Britain’s Lord Christopher Monckton, a Climate Change expert. (videos below)
Monckton warned that signing the treaty will begin the process of giving up U.S. Sovereignty to a world body that will have the power to impact U.S. financial markets and the greater U.S. Economy. He said it currently contains the power for the body to levy a 2% tax on nations and to impose penalties for C02 emissions.
Bolton stated the treaty is dangerous, but was not prepared to go as far as Monckton yet. He said, however, it does have the potential to do great damage. Even if Obama signs it, it would require a two-thirds vote of the U.S. Senate to ratify the treaty making us bound to its terms.
Video: Pelosi Unveils House ObamaCare Bill
After weeks of closed-door meetings, the Democrats released the final House version of ObamaCare today. At the unveiling this morning, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi proudly stated, “The Affordable Health Care for America Act is founded on key principles of American success: opportunity, choice, competition and innovation. We have listened to the American people. We are putting forth a bill that reflects our best values and addresses our greatest challenges. And we are putting it online for all Americans to see”. The 1,990-page House bill includes numerous mandates and regulations, a version of the “public option”, declares that 96 percent of Americans will have health insurance coverage, and estimates that the cost of the bill over 10 years will be $894 billion.
Hoffman Surges Into Lead in NY-23
A poll released today by the Club for Growth shows Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman surging into the lead in the special election in New York’s 23rd congressional district. He was recently endorsed by Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann, Fred Thompson, Dick Armey, Tim Pawlenty, Steve Forbes, and area TEA Party Organizers. (video below)
The poll of 300 likely voters, conducted October 24-25, 2009, shows Conservative Doug Hoffman at 31.3%, moderate Democrat Bill Owens at 27.0%, liberal Republican Dede Scozzafava at 19.7%, and 22% undecided. The poll’s margin of error is +/- 5.66%.

This afternoon, the Sunday talk shows featured a number of pundits who agreed that the White House war on Fox News had failed.
This past week, while the Obama administration delayed decisions on real threats around the globe, Fox News was declared to not be a news channel by Anita Dunn, Robert Gibbs, Rahm Emanuel, David Axelrod, and Barack Obama.

Video: Dick Cheney Denigrates Obama’s Foreign Policy
Former Vice President Dick Cheney spoke this evening at the Center For Security Policy dinner at Union Station in DC. For thirty minutes he delivered an impressively scathing review of President Obama’s blatant foreign policy and national security blunders. Undoubtedly, his unrelenting onslaught of bitter disdain will elicit retaliation from the notoriously hyper-sensitive Obama administration. (videos below)
His speech at the dinner included such gems as “Having announced his Afghanistan strategy in March, President Obama now seems afraid to make a decision, and unable to provide his commander on the ground with the troops he needs to complete the mission. It’s time for President Obama to make good on his promise. The White House must stop dithering while America’s armed forces are in danger.”
Video: Manufacturing Czar - “Free Market is Nonsense”
Obama’s Manufacturing Czar, Ron Bloom, stated on February 27th, 2008, that “the free market is nonsense”. He added the he “kinda” agrees with Chinese Communist Dictator Chairman Mao Tse-Tung that “political power comes largely from the barrel of a gun.” (video below)
Bloom, along with Anita Dunn, is the second Obama Administration official to laud the words of the man who murdered 50 to 70 million political dissidents in his country.

Opposition to Government Takeover Display
Yesterday a woman posted on FaceBook an idea to show opposition to government takeover by flying the American flag upside down as a symbol of distress. While I liked her enthusiasm, it concerns me that this may be misinterpreted as disrespectful to our flag. My mom had an alternative idea that I thought bares mentioning.
Tie a red, white, and blue ribbon around a tree or mailbox … or wherever you can on your property to oppose our present government. We are going to attempt to contact Glenn Beck and other media sources about this effort. We need your help to spread the word! Let’s Take Back America!!!
Wall Street Journal Becomes Top-Selling Newspaper
According to circulation records released today by the Wall Street Journal, the paper has surpassed USA Today for the top spot. It reports the average number of copies sold in the April to September period reached 2.02 million, up about 12,000 from the same period the year before.
CBO: Limiting Medical Lawsuits Could Save $41B
Limits on medical malpractice lawsuits would lead doctors to order up fewer unneeded tests and save taxpayers billions more than previously thought, budget umpires for Congress said today in a reversal that puts the issue back in the middle of the health care debate.
The latest analysis from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimates that government health care programs could save $41 billion over ten years if nationwide limits on jury awards for pain and suffering and other similar curbs were enacted. Those savings are nearly ten times greater than CBO estimated just last year.
Census Bureau May Have Hired Criminals
Fingerprinting errors made by U.S. Census Bureau employees may have resulted in the hiring of 200 people with criminal backgrounds to conduct door-to-door canvassing, according to the Government Accountability Office.
In testimony before a Senate subcommittee on Wednesday (October 7th), GAO Director of Strategic Issues Robert Goldenkoff said tens of thousands of temporary census workers were improperly finger-printed by bureau employees — including individuals with extensive criminal records.
Palin’s New Book Number One Six Weeks Before Release
Maintaining her position as one of the most prominent Republicans in America, Sarah Palin’s new book “Going Rogue” is the #1 bestseller among new releases (and pre-releases) both on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. HarperCollins will release the top-seller on November 17th with 1.5 million copies for the book’s first run.
Palin completed her 400-page memoir, her first book, just four months after reaching a book deal with HarperCollins. It was written in collaboration with author Lynn Vincent and is based on journals Palin kept during her vice-presidential run.
ObamaCare: Buy Health Insurance Or Go To Jail
Americans who fail to pay the penalty for not buying insurance would face legal action from the Internal Revenue Service, according to the Joint Committee on Taxation.
Senator John Ensign (R-NV) received a handwritten note Thursday (September 24th) from Joint Committee on Taxation Chief of Staff Tom Barthold confirming the penalty for failing to pay the maximum $1,900 fee for not buying health insurance.
Violators could be charged with a misdemeanor and could face up to a year in jail or a $25,000 penalty, Barthold wrote on JCT letterhead. He signed it “Sincerely, Thomas A. Barthold.”
912 March on DC: The 2 Million Man March
It was an enjoyable honor to attend the 912 March on DC. The 8-hour bus trip with fellow patriots concerned about big government growth added to the pleasure of participating in the largest political rally in our great nation’s history. In DC, attendees were not only friendly and respectful; but, we also left our nation’s capital free of litter. (video and photo gallery below)
Moreover, most media outlets have downplayed the huge attendance to the 912 March on DC. Was it 10,000? Was it 75,000? 1.2 million? 1.7 million? 2 million? For President Obama and his “mainstream media”, it must be like arguing over exactly how many drops of water are in the tidal wave that is bearing down on you!
Indeed, each of us who proudly joined the 2-million-man-march have 50 to 100 friends and family with similar convictions who were unable to attend. We fully recognize that when government makes our choices for us or limits them, tyranny prevails. When we can make our own choices, liberty prevails. We stand not for the vagaries of partisan politics; but, rather we unite together across party lines for protection of our unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Fact of the Day: Financing ObamaCare
It’s one of the most important (and unanswerable) questions in the whole healthcare debate, and yet it’s hardly discussed at all — by either side. Certainly, no good answer has been given by the Obama administration regarding how to pay for such a massive governmental expenditure, and the reason no good answer has been given to this question is that no good answer for it exists.
Watch the following quick video clip, and be stunned at how economically out-of-touch these people are. Keep in mind also as you watch that these are the very people who are pushing so hard for government-run healthcare. It’s one of the most amazing things you’ll ever see:

Bud Abbott and Lou Costello, a popular American comedy duo during the 1940s and 50s, performed a number crowd pleasing skits. Even today, their “Who’s On First” skit is still well known.
Another of their famous skits, “Union Loafers”, would probably be considered “politically incorrect” by today’s far-left activists. Nonetheless, the humor of this comedic routine seems to be an appropriate reminder since looming on the horizon is the “card check” scheme to end private unionization ballots. (video below)

Presidential Authority to Shut Down the Internet?
A Senate bill, S-773, would offer President Obama emergency control of the Internet and may give him authority to shut down online traffic by seizing private networks.
Details of a revised version of the CyberSecurity Act of 2009 emerged late Thursday (August 27th), months after an initial version authored by Senator Jay Rockefeller (D-WV). The original version was highly criticized in Silicon Valley as a dangerous government intrusion.
The new version of the CyberSecurity Act of 2009 changes the wording to allow the President to “declare a cyber-security emergency” relating to “non-governmental” computer networks. As with the original bill, however, the revised bill does not explain what a cyber-security emergency is.

Dr. Yuri N. Maltsev is an economist who teaches at Carthage College, Kenosha, Wisconsin. Prior to that, for many years, he was an economist for Mikhail Gorbachev’s economic reform team. In 1989, he defected to the United States of America. Dr. Maltsev is now among the most articulate living defenders of laissez-faire capitalism.

The U.S. Constitution Places Limits on the Federal Government
The constitution was written to place limits on the federal government (Article 1, Section 8), not to grant it unlimited domain. Congress has absolutely no constitutional authority to meddle in our health care. It also has no constitutional authority to take over the auto industry, the banking industry, the energy industry, the mortgage industry, or ANY privately run industry.
Isn’t it time we hold our elected officials accountable?

War of the Watchdogs: Part 5
In my earlier articles, your faithful war correspondent has reported the ongoing attacks on freedom-loving patriots by the Ministry of Truth and the Big Brother administration.
Now, we’ve also been labeled as “un-American” by Nazi Pelosi. MSNBC, the primary outlet for the Ministry of Truth, is also proclaiming that defenders of the U.S. Constitution are “racist” and anyone opposed to our nation’s slide into socialism are also “racist”. And recently, Steve Pearlstein reported in the Washington Post that the opposition to ObamaCare are “Political Terrorists”. Today, Representative Baron Hill (D-IN) also called the opposition “Political Terrorists”.
Plus, in his ongoing salvos against the patriots, Big Brother has launched a new disinformation web site entitled “Reality Check“.
To augment their collection of data on web surfing citizens, they have also announced their plans to gather information on anyone who visits any of Big Brother’s web sites.

In my first and second articles, your faithful war correspondent reported that the Obama administration has requested that citizens start spying on their friends and neighbors who are opposed to ObamaCare.
In addition, the Big Brother Administration and the Ministry of Truth have also escalated their animosity toward the once silent majority. Now, they claim that those who resist socialized health care are “angry mobs”, “wear swastickas”, and are “astroturf protesters”.

Fact of the Day: How the American Healthcare Crisis Began
What is now termed modern medicine actually began in the early 1920s when science — in particular, germ theory — culminated to a point that sickness and disease were at last being treated reliably. It was then that doctors and hospitals got much better at the business of saving lives. This more highly developed service and expertise raised the value of their work, and they charged accordingly for their increased skill and labor.
That’s when the situation started: for when lives can be saved and health can be gained because of developments in technology, everyone suddenly believes that it’s their right to have that thing. We see the same principle at work in, for example, the platitude “No one should go hungry when Americans are throwing away food.”
The error in both cases is the fraudulent notion that survival should be assured. This notion neglects the singular fact that abundance and technology are produced — and produced, moreover, by individuals.
No one has the right to the life and labor (i.e. production) of any individual, including the life and labor of doctors.

No Wonder Black America Doesn’t Have A Clue
While flipping through the channels with my remote, I stopped on the movie, “Diary of a Mad Black Woman” on BET (Black Entertainment Television). Excellent movie. During a commercial break, they gave a news update. An announcer said, “They tried to get the Bronx kid, Sonia Sotomayor, but she beat them”. There was not one mention of Sotomayor’s controversial racist statements. Thus, ill-informed black viewers who don’t follow the news closely are led to conclude that those “evil racist white republicans” are at it again trying to block a person of color.
I wonder how BET reported the democrat’s trashing of black, Clarence Thomas and Hispanic, Alberto Gonzalez? Well, those two traitors deserved to be trashed. How dare they prosper without Affirmative Action and lowered standards contradicting the democrat’s victim-hood rhetoric. Education, hard work and character? Heck No! We can not allow such a conservative message to influence black youths. These Uncle Toms must be destroyed!
Michelle Obama’s Staff Salary Totals $1.6 Million
Over the past week or so while the entire country obsessed over the death of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, attention was ’somehow’ diverted from our country’s two queens. The Queen of Socialism, Nancy Pelosi, pushed through the U.S. House the largest tax increase in the history of our country, Cap & Trade. And, an annual White House report revealed (for investigative reporters) that Queen Michelle Obama’s staff of 22 earns a total of $1,600,700.00 per year. (see chart below)
Mary Todd Lincoln was ridiculed for purchasing china for the White House during the Civil War. Mamie Eisenhower had to pay the salary for her personal secretary … herself. And, Laura Bush was criticized for her staff earning $561,325 in annual salaries. But Queen Michelle has set a new staff salary precedent for the First Lady … who performs absolutely no official duties … during the most severe economic turmoil of our lifetimes.
Who Wants Gun Control?
What one industry continues to enjoy enormous sales during our challenging economic times? Yes; that’s right — gun and ammo sales have been soaring for several months. In fact, the firearms industry and the federal government appear to be the fastest two growing segments of our economy.
A simple Google News search for “gun sales”, “gun sales up”, or “gun sales soaring” yields hundreds of recent stories from across our nation. Many locations are enjoying 3 to 5 times the sales over the same first few months last year.
It seems that a lot of Americans fear our government will soon attempt to restrict the freedom we enjoy to bear arms granted to us by the Second Amendment. Only time will reveal whether or not these concerns are fully justified.
Wouldn’t it be really ironic, though, if laws created with the purpose of cutting back on crime and the number of murders actually had the opposite effect?
